Examples of My Collaborative Works 

The power point shown above was the final presentation for FSHN 464: Beverage Science and Technology. The class focused on the basics of beverage production, including topics such as food chemistry and food processing. As a group, we were to create a fictional company and produce a high quality beverage that could theoretically be sold to the public. Not only were we present our ideas to the class, we had to make a physical beverage for sampling. Our "Pineapple Cide Up" is an alcoholic cider flavored to taste like pineapple upside-down cake. My notable contributions were designing the drink label, product name, marketability, and nutritional information.
